How does it work?
Step 1: Order Stickers Placement
Start by sticking an Order Sticker wherever you store an article, such as a shelve, a drawer or even in your work bus. Write on the Order Sticker the article you are going to attach to it (e.g. stainless steel bolt M8, 60mm). You can then see at a glance which article you are ordering by scanning the code. In the 'Quantity' box, you can indicate how many of those items you want to order each time.
Please note that when you scan the code, this number is always 1. If you want to order more, you must adjust the number yourself each time you order. Setting a different number of items to be ordered per scan can be done if you switch to more extensive inventory management and the deployment of 'Order Stickers'. Step 2: Linking an article to an Order Sticker
Open the BarTrack app and find the article you want to link to the Order Sticker. Once found, open it and click on the wholesaler's name on the left-hand side of the screen. Now a screen with item information will open in which you will see three icons at the top: one with a heart to add the item to a 'List', one with a stock box to add the item to a 'Stock Location', and one with a chain to link the item to a Order Sticker. Click on the chain icon, which opens the scanner. Now scan the QR code on the Order Sticker and voila, the item is now linked. The chain icon now turns pink. From now on, this QR code can be scanned to order the item

Inventory management through Inventory Stickers
You can choose to assign your stock items in BarTrack to a 'stock location', for example your work van with registration number BT-123-VB. This allows you to print out 'Inventory Stickers' for all items in that stock location in your BarTrack platform. These Inventory Stickers contain much more information about the item than the Order Sticker, such as:
- Supplier (your selected wholesaler)
- Item number (from your selected wholesaler)
- Minimum and maximum stock (entered by you)
- Order quantity (entered by you)
- Image (if available from your wholesaler)
