Make your inventory management super easy with BarTrack! Follow these steps to quickly and efficiently print your own order stickers and always keep your inventory in order!

Steps to print order stickers
- Go to bartrack.com: click 'Log in' (top right) and log in with your BarTrack account. Click on 'My Stock' in the menu.
- Select the stock location: When the stock manager opens, you will see an overview of all the locations you created with items. Open one of the locations by clicking on the block.
- Select items: You can print an order sticker of all the items you have added to a location. Click the "Print Order Sticker(s)" button in the upper right corner of the screen. Select the items whose order stickers you want printed. After selecting the items, you will be prompted to choose a printer. 3 printers are shown here. Choose a printer. Once you click on one of the printers, you have to choose from different variants of the order sticker. You can choose an order sticker with or without an image, or with a barcode or QR code.
- Download PDF and print order stickers: After selecting the appropriate order sticker type/size, click on "download pdf". A pdf document will be generated. You can find this in your download folder. Open the pdf file and print it on your printer.
TIP: BarTrack order labels are generated as a PDF document. Labels for a Dymo printer can therefore also be printed on a Zebra printer. The labels are offered in different formats.
If the correct size of a label is not listed with your printer, select another printer and then the correct size order label Generate the pdf file and print it on your printer!
Note: When integrating Exact for Construction, stickers will be generated based on the Exact article number. Therefore, make sure that each item for which a sticker is printed has a 13-digit Exact item number. See our support article for more information.
Other label format label
Do you have a label printer but have labels in a slightly different format than BarTrack offers? No problem! You can still use the BarTrack order stickers. However, it is important to note that you should never change the ratio between the length and width of the pdf document. The length and width of the sticker may be increased, but the ratio must remain the same. This way, the original ratio of the QR or barcode is not changed. So even if you have labels of a different format, you can still use them with BarTrack. If you have any questions about this please contact our support. They will be happy to help you.

It is possible to use a slightly different size sticker, but it is important not to change the pdf to this size. This may in fact change the original ratio of the QR or barcode. The length and width of the sticker may be increased only the ratio must remain the same.
