Ordering project materials on the go
In the steps below, we explain how to easily order project materials using your mobile device.
Step 1: Open My Projects in the app
Open the BarTrack app and open the menu.
Select My Projects to view an overview of all projects you have created in BarTrack. This overview serves as the starting point for project-based ordering.
Step 2: Add items to your order list
Search for items using the search function, scan a barcode, or select items from your favorites.
You can add items from one or multiple suppliers to the same order list.
While adding items, you can easily adjust quantities or remove items if needed.
Step 3: Send the order and link it to a project
Go to your order list and select Send order.
The app will ask whether the order should be linked to a project.
Select the correct project from the list and confirm your choice.
Step 4: Orders are automatically processed per supplier
After sending the order, BarTrack ensures that it is correctly forwarded to the relevant suppliers.
If you order items from multiple suppliers, the order is automatically split into separate orders per supplier.
Tip: Ordering together
Are you working on a project with multiple colleagues?
Use the Order together feature. This allows multiple team members to add items to the same order list. One colleague then reviews the complete order and sends it definitively.
This is especially useful for larger projects and helps prevent errors while saving time.
