After each order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail contains more information about your order with the various wholesalers. Didn't receive an e-mail? Read here what could cause this.

Possible reasons for not receiving a confirmation email include:
- The confirmation email was not sent. This can happen if you did not complete the order correctly in the BarTrack App. Please check if the scanned products have actually been ordered. If you still see scanned products in the App, it means they have not been ordered yet.
- The confirmation email has been sent, but it might have been sent to a different email address than you expected. To resolve this, please go to the settings in the BarTrack App and verify that the correct email address has been entered.
- The confirmation email has been sent but is not in your inbox. It is possible that the confirmation email was accidentally placed in your email's spam folder. Please check your spam folder and mark the confirmation email as "not spam" to ensure that future emails from BarTrack are not marked as spam.
