As a wholesale employee, how do I get login details to access the BarTrack HuB?

In the BarTrack HuB, as an employee of a wholesaler, you can add and manage your article file and control who can order from you. This article tells you how to get a username and password.

There are two options for creating an account in the BarTrack Hub, depending on whether someone within the wholesale company already has an account or not.

Your organization does not have an account yet.

If no one within your wholesale company has a BarTrack Hub account yet, a BarTrack employee will need to create one for you. Contact BarTrack to learn more about the extensive features and capabilities. Together, you can determine which license suits your needs best. Once the license is activated, the first user will automatically receive login credentials.

A colleague is already able to log in to BarTrack.

If someone within your company already has an account in the BarTrack Hub, you can create an account for your colleagues as well. To do this, log in to the BarTrack Hub and navigate to the "Users" column. Click on the plus button at the bottom right and select the option "Wholesale employee" again. Fill in the necessary information for your colleague and click submit. Your colleague will receive their login credentials via email.

As a wholesale employee, you will need to enter a PIN code every time you log in, which you will receive through an authentication app or on your mobile device (SMS).
