How to Place Orders in the BarTrack Mobile App?
This support article guides you through the different ways you can place orders in the BarTrack Mobile App, from searching items to scanning barcodes.

Different Ways to Order
1. Search and Add Items
Search for an Article: Start by searching for the item you want. Please refer to our support article on how to search for items for more information. Add to Order List: Once you have found an item, click on the shopping cart icon, select the quantity you want to order, and add the item to your order list.
2. Order from Lists - Single Item or Full List
Order a single item from a list or select the entire list to order all items at once. Items on the list may be from different suppliers.
3. Ordering from Stock Locations
Select Items: Choose items added to a stock location in the app, select them and add them to your order list.
4. Ordering from Barcode Scanning
Barcode Scanning: Scan an item's barcode, which may be on the packaging or the item itself. This adds the item directly to your order list.
5. Use of Order Stickers
Print Order Stickers: Print order stickers for stock items via BarTrack Web or BarTrack for Desktop to facilitate ordering. The sticker contains a barcode, when you scan the barcode with the app it recognizes the article and it will be added to your shoppingbasket. In this support article you can read more about it.
Placing an order
All the items you want to order are collected in your order list in the app. It is possible to combine items from different suppliers in one order.
1. Send your Order: After selecting the items, click on 'send'. You can enter a reference text for your order.
2. Finalise Send: After finalising your order, it will be sent to your selected wholesalers.
3. Handling by the wholesaler: Your order will be handled by the wholesaler.

Q: Can I combine items from different suppliers in one order?
A: Yes, this is possible. All items in your order list can be sent to selected wholesalers in one order.
Q: How will I know that my order has been shipped?
A: After sending your order, you will receive a confirmation in the app and/or via e-mail.
