      Ordering: adjust standard order quantity

      The wholesaler can specify the minimum order quantity for each item. Would you like to change this? So that you never have to think again about what is the right order quantity for you?

      Making adjustments in the Inventory Manager

      1. Access the inventory manager on the BarTrack app or BarTrack.com.
      2. Choose the inventory location where you want to store the item. If you haven't created an inventory location yet, do so first. Click on create location.
      3. Add the items to the inventory.
      4. Adjust the order quantity on the detail page.
      5. Print the barcode of the item from the inventory manager.

      From now on, the order quantity will be automatically indicated after scanning the QR or Barcode.

      Note
      If you have adjusted the order quantity of an item, it is not necessary to replace the label as well. When scanning an existing label, the correct order quantity will automatically be transferred to your order list.
