In the BarTrack hub at settings/import, a sample file is ready with all the columns that can be filled in.

In the video below, we explain how to import products into the BarTrack HuB. This feature is a convenient way to save time and effort when adding large quantities of products to your BarTrack HuB. By using this function, you can easily upload a CSV file containing all the product information, such as product name, price, stock level, and description.
- To get started, make sure you have an Excel file with the correct format and column names for the product data. You can download a sample file from the BarTrack HuB to follow the correct structure. Simply click on the sample file provided.
- Next, navigate to the settings (gear icon at the top right) in the BarTrack HuB and click on the "Import" button, then select "Import CSV".
Please note: After filling out the Excel file, it needs to be converted to CSV UTF-8 format with commas separating the data.
3. Click on Choose File.
4. After selecting the CSV file, click on the "Import CSV" button. The system will then start processing the file and importing the products into the BarTrack HuB.
5. If you want the items in the hub to be updated with any new information during a subsequent import, simply click on the checkbox next to 'note'.
During the import process, you will be able to see an overview of the imported products and any error messages. Take the time to carefully review this overview to ensure that all products have been imported correctly. If there are any errors, you can easily make adjustments and re-import.
Once the import is complete, all your products will be immediately available in the BarTrack HuB. You can now begin managing and selling your products through the system.
Importing products into the BarTrack HuB is a fantastic way to efficiently and quickly add large quantities of products. Follow the steps in the video and you will find that importing products is a breeze!
