Automatic order suggestions and processing
When a bin weight falls below the threshold weight, BarTrack automatically makes an order suggestion and places the article on the order list. At set times during the week, the weighing cabinet automatically processes this order list.
If the bin weight goes above the threshold weight again, BarTrack will remove the item from the order list to avoid overstocking. For more information on this, please see our support article.
Steps to set order moments

Select the weighing cabinet:
Go to the inventory manager and select the weighing cabinet for which you want to set the order moments. -
Click 'Edit location:
Adjust the settings by clicking 'Edit location'. -
Add order dates:
Add a range of order days and times. At these times, an email is automatically sent to the weighing cabinet owner with a link to the wholesale web store where all items to be ordered are loaded.
Tip: Set your ordering times strategically so that you always have enough stock and never miss out.
