Wholesale settings in the BarTrack HuB

It is important for wholesale employees to be able to find and manage the wholesale settings in the BarTrack HuB. This article explains how to find and adjust the settings.

Finding and managing settings

1. Access Settings Menu:
   Click on the cog icon at the top right to access the settings menu.

2. Navigate to My suppliers(s):
   Click on 'My suppliers(s)'.

3. Open Detail Page:
   Click on the eye to the right of your wholesale bar to go to the detail page. Here you will find an overview of your orderers, order activity and order history.

4. Edit settings:
   Click 'Edit' to adjust the wholesale settings.

What can you adjust in the wholesale settings?

• Company data:
  Here you can update essential information such as your company name, domain name, markets, Chamber of Commerce number and address. It ensures that all your company information is always up to date.

• Acceptance process:
  Do you want to automatically accept new orderers or approve them yourself first? Here you can easily set up and manage this, so that you keep control over who gets access.

• FTP settings:
  If you want to receive orders via FTP, you can configure the necessary settings here. This will make the ordering process seamless and efficient.

• General Settings:
  Adjust your general settings here, such as your wholesale URL and ordering method. This helps to personalize and adapt your ordering process to your business needs.

• Channable:
  Do you use Channable or a CSV endpoint to synchronize your item file? Here you can enter the URL and set how often information should be retrieved. See our support articles for more information about Channable and a CSV endpoint link.

• Marketing information:
  Make sure your logo and other marketing information are highly visible in BarTrack. This improves your visibility and branding within the platform.
