Why do I need to add a supplier?

When placing an order through BarTrack, our aim is to ensure that it is processed as efficiently as possible. Each supplier you order from will require a customer number. Adding your customer number to BarTrack is an essential step to ensure that your order is correctly and automatically processed by the supplier you have selected.

The process of adding your customer number to BarTrack is carried out by the supplier after you have submitted your request. Once your request has been processed by the supplier, you will receive an automatic email from BarTrack. You can now place fully automated orders with your supplier.

If you do not receive a response from the supplier, please contact BarTrack support.

Selecting existing suppliers

We have already connected dozens of suppliers to BarTrack, and we add new suppliers every week. We are constantly expanding our network to ensure that you always have a wide range of suppliers at your disposal. Follow the steps below to select an existing supplier:

1. Go to www.bartrack.com

2. Log in with your account details

3. Click on "My Wholesalers"

4. Click on the plus button in the bottom right corner

5. In the search field, you can search by the supplier's name

6. Click on "Add" in the box with the supplier's logo that you want to add, located in the top right corner

7. Confirm that you want to send an automatic email to the supplier

8. The supplier will receive the email and can approve or reject your request. You will receive an email once the supplier has processed your request.

Creating a new supplier

If a supplier is missing, you can easily add them yourself. This allows orders to be delivered via email to the supplier you added. This gives you the flexibility to order from suppliers who are not yet connected to BarTrack. To add a new supplier, follow the steps below:

1. Visit the website www.bartrack.com and sign in using your account details.
2. Go to the "My Wholesalers" section.
3. Click on the plus button located at the bottom right corner.
4. On the right side of the screen, you will see the option: 'Add new wholesaler'. Enter the 'domain name' of the wholesaler.
5. Is the domain name not yet known to BarTrack? Please provide the following information.
   
   1. Select the market in which this supplier operates.
   2. 'Supplier Name'
   3. 'Email address for orders'. This is the email address where your orders will be delivered.
   4. 'Contactpersoon' refers to the person you will be contacting at this supplier.
   5. ''Email notification: Enter the name of the contact person's email address. They will receive an email notification when you add the supplier.'
   6. Click on the "Add" button.
6. Click on 'Save' to add the new supplier to your BarTrack account.

Once you have added the new supplier, you can immediately place orders with them. The orders will be automatically sent to the supplier via email, so they will be aware of your orders and able to process them. This allows you to efficiently and effortlessly order from all your desired suppliers, thanks to the flexibility of BarTrack.
