Adding my wholesalers

With BarTrack, you can easily, quickly, and efficiently order from all your wholesalers. Read here how to manage your wholesalers and add missing ones.

BarTrack aims to make ordering and managing your (inventory) items as effortless as possible. By ordering with BarTrack, you no longer need to log in to different web stores. Everything is simplified and optimized for your convenience! With just a few clicks, you can manage all your orders and inventory. Whether you are looking for new products or want to replenish your current stock, BarTrack offers a user-friendly solution. You no longer need to waste time searching for your materials at different wholesalers.

Why should I add a wholesaler?

When you order via BarTrack, we ensure that your order is processed as efficiently as possible. At each wholesaler where you order, you have a customer number. Adding your customer number to BarTrack is an essential step to ensure that your order is processed correctly and automatically.

Adding your customer number to BarTrack is done by your wholesaler after you have submitted your request. Once your request is processed, you will receive an email and can immediately order from your wholesaler via BarTrack.

There are already dozens of wholesalers connected to BarTrack, and we add new ones every week, so you always have a wide range of wholesalers at your disposal. Follow the steps below to link connected wholesalers to your account:

Linking an existing wholesaler in the BarTrack App

  1. Open the BarTrack App:iPhone App - grootahndels toevoegen (800 x 800 px) Start the BarTrack App on your mobile device.

  2. Open the menu and choose ‘My suppliers’:
    Go to the menu in the app by pressing the three lines in the top left corner and select ‘My suppliers’.

  3. Tick your wholesalers and click ‘Save’:
    Select the wholesalers you want to work with and press ‘Save’.

  4. We send an email to all your wholesalers:
    BarTrack sends an email to the selected wholesalers to indicate that you want to start ordering from them via BarTrack.

  5. Order as soon as the wholesaler has processed your request:
    You will receive a message from BarTrack once your request is processed. From that moment, you can order directly from the wholesaler.

Linking an existing wholesaler in BarTrack for Web

  1. Go to www.bartrack.com and log in with your account details:
    Open your web browser and go to www.bartrack.com. Enter your username and password to log in.

  2. Go to “My suppliers”:
    Click on ‘My suppliers' in the menu. This opens a large overview of various wholesalers.

  3. Adding wholesalers 
    Search for the wholesaler:
    Type the name of the wholesaler in the “Search Wholesaler” block. This helps you quickly find the desired wholesaler. Can’t find the wholesaler? Then follow this guide from step 3!

  4. Add the wholesaler:
    Add the wholesaler of your choice by clicking ‘Add’ in the same block as the wholesaler. Want more information about the wholesaler? Click on the wholesaler’s block. Here too, you can add the wholesaler by clicking the pink ‘Add’ button.

  5. Confirm the addition:
    Confirm that you want to send an automatic email to the wholesaler. The wholesaler will receive an email to approve your request. You will see your request in the ‘Requested’ column. You will receive an email when the supplier has processed your request.

Note: The wholesaler must respond to your request. The response may sometimes take more than a day. If you do not receive a response, contact your wholesaler.

Adding a new wholesaler

If one or more of your wholesalers are missing, you can easily add them yourself. This way, your orders are sent by email to those wholesalers. This gives you the flexibility to order from all your wholesalers, even if they are not yet connected to BarTrack. To add a new wholesaler, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to www.bartrack.com and log in with your account details:
    Open your web browser and go to www.bartrack.com. Enter your username and password to log in.

  2. Click on ‘My suppliers’ and click the '+' button at the bottom right of the screen:
    Go to ‘My suppliers’ and press the pink plus button at the bottom right of your screen.

  3. Click ‘Missing a wholesaler’:
    Click on ‘Are you missing a wholesale business?’ to proceed.

  4. Enter the domain name of the wholesaler and click ‘Add’:
    Type the domain name of the wholesaler and click ‘Add’.

  5. Enter the following information:

    Select ‘Market’: the market in which the wholesaler operates.
    Name: Enter the name of the wholesaler.
    Email orders: Enter the email address where your orders should be sent.
    Contact person: Enter the name of your contact person.
    Email contact person: Enter the email address to which we should send your request.

  6. Click ‘Save’ to add the new supplier to your BarTrack account:

Once you have added the new wholesaler, we will inform the entered contact person. You can order immediately. Your order will be sent by email to the ‘Email orders’ you provided, so the wholesaler can process your order. This way, you can easily, quickly, and efficiently order from all your wholesalers, thanks to the flexibility of BarTrack.
