Why can't I see an image of the scanned article?

As an orderer, you may find that you do not see images. In this article, we explain why this is possible and what you can do about it. We do our best to add images to all items.

Images can greatly assist you in finding the correct product. However, there may not always be an image displayed for a particular product.

How are images added to BarTrack?

Images must be added to BarTrack by the wholesaler. If this is not done, unfortunately only the article number will be visible. However, products without images can still be ordered.

The image may be available in the wholesaler's webshop. It will be displayed after you click on the order link in the email and the products are placed in the webshop.

If you are missing images, it is advisable to contact the wholesaler responsible for the product.
