What does the status of my order mean?
In this article, we explain what the different order statuses mean under ‘My orders’ in BarTrack. This way, you always know what is happening with your order after you have placed it.

Where can I find the order status?
You can find the status of your order directly in the overview under ‘My orders’.
Follow the steps below:

Log in at order.bartrack.com.

Go to ‘My orders’ in the menu.

In the overview, you will see one row per order.

The current status is displayed in the same row as the order.
You do not need to open the order first. The status is immediately visible in the order line.
Overview of the different statuses
1. In progress
What does this mean?
The order has been successfully sent from BarTrack to the wholesaler.
Important to know:

The order has been transmitted correctly.

You will always receive an order confirmation by email.

The status may remain ‘In progress’.
Why does it sometimes stay on this status?
This happens when the wholesaler does not confirm the processing status back to BarTrack. This does not mean your order was not received.
👉 If in doubt, always check your email confirmation.
2. Processed in Exact
What does this mean?
You will see this status when you place project-based orders in combination with Exact.
The order has:

Been forwarded to Exact.
-
Been administratively processed in the Exact system.
-
Been linked to the correct project.
Please note: this status indicates processing in Exact. It does not necessarily reflect the delivery status at the wholesaler.
3. Processed
What does this mean?
The wholesaler has received the order and confirmed in BarTrack that it has been processed.
This means:

The order has arrived at the supplier.

The supplier has processed the order.
-
The order is ready for further handling or delivery.
This is the most complete confirmation within BarTrack.
Questions about your order?
Does your order remain on ‘In progress’, but you did receive an email confirmation? Then your order has been successfully sent.
