Steps to customize stock items

Navigate to "My Stock.
Open the BarTrack app or go to the website and log in with your account. Click on "My Stock" in the menu.

Select the stock location:
Select the stock location you want to modify by clicking on it. You will now see a list of all items located in this location. -
Go to the stock item information settings:
Click on the blue eye to the right in the horizontal bar of the item whose settings you want to change. You are now in the stock item settings menu.
Information you can customize
Within the menu where you can customize the information, you will see two headings: Order Settings and Location Information.
Order Settings:
- Order Quantity: Set the quantity you want to order by default.
- Minimum Stock: Specify the minimum quantity that should be in stock. This is the number from when BarTrack reorders if the current stock falls below this value.
- Current Stock: Adjust the current stock to keep a current view.
- Maximum stock: Set the maximum quantity you want to stock.
- Order at: Determine at which stock quantity you want to order automatically (if automatic ordering is checked).
Location information:
- Position: Within a large inventory location, each product has a specific position. You can adjust this position here.
- Name on label: Adjust the name that will appear on the article label.
- Own article numbers: Add your own article numbers. These numbers will appear on the sticker and are linked to the products in your inventory manager. This eliminates the need to replace the stickers if the product information remains the same.
The position, own item number, own description, order quantity, minimum stock and maximum stock are all displayed on the order sticker.
