Set up stock item information in the BarTrack App

What are stock item settings?

Stock item settings allow you to customize specific details of each item in your inventory. This includes:

• Order Quantity: The number of items you want to order by default.
• Minimum Stock: The minimum amount of stock at which a new order will be placed.
• Maximum stock: The maximum amount of stock you want to have.
• Current stock: The current quantity of the item in your stock.
• Order at: The level at which you want the system to automatically place an order.

Setting up via "My Stock"

1. Go to "My Stock": Click on the box at the bottom right to go to the "My Stock" menu. All your stock locations are now visible.
2. Select the location: Find the location that contains the item whose item information you want to update and click on it.
3. Select the item: Click on the item whose information you want to adjust.
4. Adjust the item information: You can now adjust the order quantity, minimum and maximum stock, current stock and order at.
5. Press "Update": Press "Update" to make your changes. Because of synchronization with BarTrack for Web and BarTrack for Desktop, these changes are also immediately visible on your computer.

Set up via search or scan

1. Search or scan the article: Use the search or scan function in the app to find the article.
2. Click on the item: Once you find the item, click on it to open the menu.
3. Check the stock location: If the item is in a stock location, it will be listed here.
4. Press stock location: Press stock location to open the same menu as described above, where you can adjust the item information.
5. Adjust the item information: You can now adjust the order quantity, minimum and maximum stock, current stock and order at.
6. Press "Update": Press "Update" to make your changes.
