Steps to customize stock items

1. Navigate to 'My Stock':
   Open the BarTrack website and log in with your account. Now click on 'My Stock' at the top of your screen.

2. Select the stock location:
   Choose the stock location you want to modify by clicking on it. You will now see a list of all items located in this location.

3. Go to the stock item information settings:
   Click on the eye to the right in the horizontal bar of the item whose settings you want to change. You are now in the stock item settings menu.

Information you can customize

Order settings:

• Order Quantity: Set the quantity you want to order by default.
• Minimum Stock: Specify the minimum quantity that should be in stock. This is the number from when BarTrack replenishes if the current stock falls below this value.
• Current Stock: Adjust the current stock to maintain a current view.
• Maximum stock: Set the maximum quantity you want to store.
• Order at: Set at which stock quantity you want to order automatically if automatic ordering is checked. This can be done in the upper right corner of the order settings block.

Location Information:

• Position: Within a large inventory location, each product has a specific position. You can adjust this position here.
• Name on label: Adjust the name that will appear on the article label.
• Own item numbers: Add your own item numbers. For Exact for Construction users, this category is redundant because the Exact item number is what determines.
• Exact part number: Enter a 13-digit Exact part number. More information can be found here .

The position, Exact item number, own description, order quantity, minimum stock and maximum stock are all displayed on the order sticker.
