Creating a BarTrack Professional Account.
Before you begin, each user must create their own BarTrack Professional Account. You do this by:
- Purchasing a license: After payment, your account is automatically activated. All relevant information can be found here.
Steps to order together and manage inventory
- Login and Go to the Share Option: Login to BarTrack.com and go to the "Share" option, found next to the search bar.
- Finding and Inviting a Colleague: Click on "find a colleague" in the upper right corner. Enter the name of the colleague you want to invite.
- Select order together and/or stock together: A bar will appear of the colleague you just sent an invitation to. Click on the detail page to the right of the bar. Then click on my stock or my orders to manage together. Finally press "modify" to apply the changes.
- Invitation Accept and confirm:
- The invited colleague receives an e-mail with an invitation. By clicking on the link in the email, the colleague will be directed to the "Sharing" page. Here he or she can accept the sharing request.
- Next, the colleague has to go through the same steps to invite you. Once you receive the invitation, you must accept it. This mutual acceptance ensures that both parties have access to each other's shared stocks and orders.
- Viewing and Managing Inventories Together: After mutually accepting invitations, both parties can now view all shared stock. This inventory is available both online and on mobile devices.
- Ordering Together: When one of the parties places an order, the order lines are added to the order summary on order.bartrack.com. One of the ordering parties can then finally send the order to the chosen wholesalers.
Note: The order taker who finally submits the order should pay close attention to what has been ordered to avoid duplicate orders. Be sure to check the order carefully before final shipment.
