Module
Projects

For whom
Orderers with a BarTrack (Professional) account who work on projects and order materials from one or multiple wholesalers.

What does the project orders overview show?

Within a project, you can easily track:

  • which materials have been added to the project

  • from which wholesaler these materials have been ordered

  • the order status per item

  • whether materials have already been (partially) received

This provides clarity and peace of mind, especially for projects where materials are ordered from multiple wholesalers.

How to view the project orders overview

Step 1: Open the project

Go to your projects and open the desired project card.

Step 2: View the materials overview

At the bottom of the project card, you will see an overview of all materials linked to this project.
For each item, the status is displayed:

  • No status: the item has only been added to the project

  • Ordered: the item has been ordered from a wholesaler

  • From stock: the item has been supplied from internal inventory

Step 3: Open “Order overview”

Click on Order overview.
You will now see a list of all wholesalers from which you have ordered materials for this project.

Step 4: View orders per wholesaler

Click the eye icon next to a wholesaler.
You will be taken to a detail page showing all items ordered from this wholesaler, including quantities and status.

Registering deliveries

On the detail page with the overview of ordered project materials per wholesaler, you can register delivered materials:

  1. Click Register deliveries

  2. Indicate which items (and quantities) have been received

After registering the delivery, the status is updated immediately. This allows you to see at a glance whether all materials for your project have arrived.

Tip

By registering deliveries immediately upon arrival, you keep your project up to date and avoid missing materials on site or in the workshop.
