How to add a project from Exact voor Bouw?

Sync your project list in Exact voor Bouw with BarTrack!

Steps to Add Projects from Exact voor Bouw to BarTrack

1. Go to “My Projects”

• Click on “My Projects” in the top navigation bar.

• On this page, you will see all the projects you have added. You can either create a project manually or, if the Exact voor Bouw - Project Ordering integration is activated, import projects from Exact.

2. Click the "+" Button

• At the bottom right of the page, you will find the “+” button. Here, you can choose from two options:

  • Create: For instructions on manually creating a project, see How Do I Create a Project.

  • Import: Select this option to import projects from Exact for Construction.

3. Select a Project to Import

• Choose the desired project from the drop-down menu.

• Note: If no projects appear in the menu, check:

  • Whether your Exact voor Bouw account is correctly linked (see How to Connect Exact voor Bouw to BarTrack).

  • Whether there are projects available in your Exact voor Bouw project list.

4. Click “Import” Again

• Once you have selected a project, click “Import” again to complete the process.

What Happens After the Import?

Your project is now synchronized between Exact voor Bouw and BarTrack. When you add materials to the project in BarTrack and place an order, these materials are automatically added as a purchase order in Exact voor Bouw.

Don't forget to click the refresh button in the top right corner to sync updates.
