What is a Scan List Booklet?
A scan list booklet is an A4 overview showing multiple articles listed underneath each other, including their barcode or QR code.
You can use the booklet, for example:

In the warehouse

In the workshop

In a service van
-
At the office
By scanning a barcode or QR code from the booklet with the BarTrack app, the article is immediately added to your order.

Step-by-Step Guide: Printing a Scan List Booklet
Follow the steps below to generate and print your scan list.
Step 1: Go to My Inventory

Go to bartrack.com

Click “Log in” (top right corner)

Log in with your BarTrack account

In the menu, go to “My Inventory”
Step 2: Select a Stock Location
You will now see an overview of all created stock locations.

Click on the location for which you want to create a scan list

You will see all articles linked to this location
Step 3: Select Articles for the Scan List

Click the “Location sticker” button in the top right corner

Select the articles you want to include in the scan list booklet
You can select multiple articles at once.
Step 4: Choose the Scan List Type
You can choose between:

Barcode list
→ Displays additional details such as article name, quantity, and minimum/maximum stock -
QR code list
→ Compact overview with QR codes
Select the option that best fits your workflow.
Step 5: Download and Print the PDF

Click “Next”

Wait until the PDF is generated

Click “Download PDF”

Open the file
-
Make sure your printer is set to A4 format

Print the document
