How do I create a project?

With BarTrack, you can easily link your inventory to projects and manage it efficiently.

Steps to Create a Project in BarTrack

1. Go to "My Projects"

  • Click on “My Projects” in the top navigation bar.

  • On this page, you will see an overview of all the projects you have added. You can create a new project manually or, if you have activated the Exact voor Bouw - Project Ordering integration, import projects from Exact.

2. Click the "+" Button

  • Click the “+” button in the bottom right corner of the page.

  • You will be given two options:

    • Create: To manually create a new project.

    • Import: To import projects from Exact for Construction.

3. Enter the Project Specifications

  • Add at least the project name.

  • Fill in other fields for a detailed project description, such as groups, locations, and other relevant information.

  • Click Save to create the project.

4. View and Manage Your Project

  • Click the eye icon to the right of the project in the list to view project details.

  • Want to make changes? Click Edit in the top right corner of the project page.
