Adding wholesalers in BarTrack for Web

Easily add existing and new wholesalers to your BarTrack account to increase your product offerings and ordering options using the steps in this article!

In BarTrack, you can easily add wholesalers known to BarTrack but also wholesalers unknown to BarTrack:

Linking an existing wholesaler in BarTrack for Web

  1. Go to www.bartrack.com and log in with your account information:
    Open your web browser and go to www.bartrack.com. Enter your username and password to log in.

  2. Go to "My suppliers":
    Click on "My suppliers" in the menu. This will open a large overview with all kinds of wholesalers.

  3. Find wholesaler:
    Type the name of the wholesaler in the "Find supplier" block. This will help you quickly find the wholesaler you want. Can't find the wholesaler? Then follow this step-by-step plan from step 3!

  4. Add the wholesaler:
    Add the wholesaler of your choice by immediately pressing 'Add' in the same block as the wholesaler. Want more information about the wholesaler? Then press the block of the wholesaler. Again, you can still add the wholesaler by clicking the pink 'Add' button.

  5. Confirm the addition:
    Confirm that you want to send an automatic email to the wholesaler. The wholesaler will receive an email to approve your request. You will see your request in the "Requested" column. You will receive an email when the supplier has processed your request.


Note: The wholesaler must respond to your request and the response may take longer than one day. If you do not receive a response please contact your wholesaler.

Add a new wholesaler

If one or more of your wholesalers are missing, you can easily add them yourself. This way, your orders will be delivered to those wholesalers by e-mail. This gives you the flexibility to order from all your wholesalers, even if they are not yet connected to BarTrack. To add a new wholesaler, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to www.bartrack.com and log in with your account details:
    Open your web browser and go to www.bartrack.com. Enter your username and password to log in.

  2. Click on the ‘My suppliers’ button and click the + button at the bottom right of the screen:
    Go to ‘My suppliers’ and press the pink plus button at the bottom right of your screen.

  3. Click on ‘Missing a supplier’:
    Click on ‘Missing a supplier’ to proceed.

  4. Enter the domain name of the wholesaler and click ‘Add’:
    Type the domain name of the wholesaler and click ‘Add’.

  5. Fill in the following information:

        •    Select ‘Market’: the market in which the wholesaler operates.
        •    Enter the ‘Name’: the name of the wholesaler.
        •    In ‘Email orders’: enter the email address where your orders should be sent.
        •    Enter ‘Contact person’: the name of your contact person.
        •    In ‘Email contact person’: enter the email address to which we should send your request.

  6. Click ‘Save’ to add the new supplier to your BarTrack account.

Once you have added the new wholesaler, we will inform the entered contact person. You can start ordering immediately. Your order will be sent by email to the ‘Email orders’ address you provided, so the wholesaler can process your order. This way, you can easily, quickly, and efficiently order from all your wholesalers, thanks to the flexibility of BarTrack.
