Confirming Project Material Receipts

With BarTrack, you can easily register receipts of project materials. By recording receipts, you gain immediate insight into which materials have already been delivered and which are still outstanding. This helps you stay in control of your project and prevents surprises on the job site.

Registering receipts in BarTrack

There are two ways to register receipts. Both methods ensure that the status of your project materials is updated immediately.


Method 1: Register receipts via the project overview

  1. Open the menu and click My projects.

  2. You will see an overview of all projects.

  3. Click the Orders button in the top right corner.

  4. An overview of all project orders is displayed, grouped by wholesaler.

  5. In the Received column, you can see per order how many materials have not yet been received.

  6. Click the Receive button to register the receipts in BarTrack.

  7. Enter how many items you have received.

  8. Confirm your input.

Once all materials of an order have been registered, the Receive button turns green. This allows you to see at a glance that the order has been fully delivered.


Method 2: Register receipts via the project detail page

  1. Click My projects and select a project to open the project detail page.

  2. Click Order overview.

  3. You will see a list of all orders per wholesaler.

  4. Click the eye icon to open the detail page of a specific order.

  5. Click Register receipts.

  6. A pop-up appears where you can specify how many items you have received per product.

  7. Enter the received quantities.

  8. Click Process to register the receipts.

The received materials are processed immediately in BarTrack, and the order status is automatically updated.


Result

After registering receipts, you always have up-to-date insight into:

  • Which project materials have been received

  • Which materials are still outstanding

  • Whether an order has been fully delivered

This way, you work in a structured manner, avoid shortages on site, and maintain full control over your project materials.
