After you have ordered the products via the App, you will receive a confirmation email. By clicking on the link in the email, the webshop will open and the ordered items will be placed directly in the shopping cart.
If the link does not work, there may be the following reasons:
- The confirmation button in the mail does not work. Try copying the link that is also in the mail into your browser.
- The webshop is not available.
- There is no connection to the internet. Check if your pc or laptop is connected to the internet.
- The webshop is undergoing maintenance. Try again later
- The webshop is secured with a username and password. Fill in the correct login details and try again.
If the problem persists, please contact your wholesaler.
