Working with lists in BarTrack
With lists in BarTrack, you can easily manage your materials. You can create lists, add items, share them with colleagues, and even order entire lists at once. In this article, you will learn how to do this in both the BarTrack Mobile App and BarTrack Online.

Create a new list (BarTrack online)

Log in to BarTrack online or BarTrack for Desktop.

Click on “Lists” in the top menu bar.

Click the plus button at the bottom right of the screen.

Choose a name for the list and click “Create.”

Once you’ve opened the list, click the pink plus button again.

Choose between manual or import. In most cases, items are added manually to a list.

Select and add the desired items.
Your list is now created and will also appear in the app.

Open the app: Launch the BarTrack Mobile App on your smartphone.

Go to your lists: Tap the heart icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Create a new list: Tap the pink “New” button at the top right of your screen.

Name your list: Enter a name for your list and tap “OK.”
Your new list is now ready to use!
Add items to a list (app)

Open the app: Launch the BarTrack Mobile App on your smartphone.

Search for products: Tap the magnifying glass in the bottom bar or use the search bar at the top. (For more details, see our support article on search options.)

Type the desired product: Enter the product name in the search bar and press enter.

Select the item: Tap the item you want from the displayed list.

View item details: Tap again on the line showing the supplier and description to see more details.

Add to a list: Tap the heart icon in the top right.

Choose a list: Select the list you want to save the item to.

Save: Tap the pink “Save” button in the top right.

Share lists with your colleagues (BarTrack online)
You can assign material lists to specific colleagues, so they can easily order materials on-site using their phone. You can also set whether orders require approval first or can be sent directly.
Your colleague will instantly have access to the list in BarTrack – both online and in the mobile app. This way, you work efficiently together, and assigned colleagues always have the right materials at hand.
To share lists via BarTrack online:

Log in to your account: Go to BarTrack.com or open BarTrack for Desktop.

Click on “Lists” in the top menu bar.

Select the list you want to share by clicking the eye icon on the right.

Click “Share” in the top-right menu.

Choose a colleague: Select one or more colleagues from the list.

Click “Confirm.”

Open the app: Launch the BarTrack Mobile App on your smartphone.

Go to your lists: Tap the heart icon at the bottom of the screen.

Select a list: Tap the list you want to share.

Tap “Share”: Click the three-dots icon in the top right and select Share.

Choose a colleague: Select one or more colleagues from the list.

Send invitation: Tap Send to share your list.
