Where can I set the default language for my wholesale?
It is possible to adjust the language settings for each user. This setting ensures that all communication from the HuB to the app users is done in the chosen language.

Steps to set the default language

Go to Settings: Click on the cog icon at the top right of the screen.

Click on 'My wholesalers': Select 'My supplier(s)' from the menu.

Find your wholesaler: Find the wholesaler and click on the eye at the end of the line to open the details.

Click the 'Edit' button: At the top right of the screen you will find the 'Edit' button, click it.

Scroll down to 'Acceptance Process': Scroll down until you see the 'Acceptance Process' section.

Under 'Language settings alert', select the desired language: Select the desired language from the list under 'Language settings alert'.
- Press 'Submit':
Click 'Submit' at the top of your screen to save the change.
