Sharing lists with colleagues in BarTrack online

With BarTrack.com (or BarTrack for Desktop), you can easily assign lists to colleagues, allowing them to quickly and easily order materials for their project or location.

In BarTrack, you can easily compile material lists at the office. These lists can be assigned to specific colleagues, so they can conveniently order materials from their phone on location. You can also set whether the order needs to be approved first or if it can be sent immediately.

Your colleague gets instant access to the list in BarTrack—both online and in the mobile app. This way, you collaborate efficiently, and assigned colleagues always have the right materials at hand.

Sharing lists via BarTrack online works as follows:

  1. Log in to your account: Go to BarTrack.com or open BarTrack for Desktop.

  2. Click on “Lists” in the menu bar at the top.

  3. Select the list you want to share by clicking the eye icon on the right.

  4. Click “Share” in the top-right menu.

  5. Choose a colleague: Select one or more colleagues from the list.

  6. Click “Confirm.”

Note: To be able to share lists, the admin must enable this—see the support article about Managing Employee Permissions.
Also, lists can only be shared using the laptop or desktop version, not in the app.
