With BarTrack, you can fully optimize your weighing cabinet to streamline your inventory management and save time. Follow these steps to get the most out of your weighing cabinet!

Want to adjust a product?

Suppose you find out that the order quantity is incorrect or that the smart scale is ordering too early or too late. It’s very easy to adjust this on bartrack.com. Follow these steps:

1. Go to ‘My Inventory’ on BarTrack:
   Select the inventory location of the smart scale.

2. Go to the detail page of an item in the smart scale:
   Click on the eye icon to the right of the item you want to edit.

3. Adjust the settings:
   Here, you can modify the variable as needed.
   Additionally, you can add a custom product description, your own product number, and a comment.
   This updated product information will be added to the label.

Want to replace an item?

Follow these steps to replace an item in the smart scale:

1. Copy the Tray ID:
   Save the Tray ID somewhere safe.

2. Remove the item:
   Remove the item from the smart scale.

3. Add a new item:
   Press the pink plus button in the bottom right corner to manually add a new item to the smart scale.

4. Enter the Tray ID:
   Go to the detail page of the new item and enter the saved Tray ID.

5. Adjust the order quantity:
   Make sure the bin will be properly filled.

6. Fill the bin 100%:
   Completely fill the bin with the items.

7. Wait 30 minutes:
   It takes at least 30 minutes before the weight is visible in BarTrack.

8. Check the weight:
   Go to the item’s detail page and check the current weight.

9. Set the reorder weight:
   Decide at what percentage the item should be reordered. Calculate this and enter the value under 'Reorder Weight'.

Want to remove an item?

2To remove an item from the smart scale, follow these steps:

1. Go to the item’s detail page in the smart scale:
   Click the eye icon to the right of the item.

2. Remove the item:
   Click the ‘Remove from location’ button in the top right corner.

Adjusting the Order Time

You can not only adjust the reorder weight but also the order timing for the entire smart scale. Follow these steps to adjust the order schedule:

1. Select the smart scale:
   Go to the Inventory Manager and select the smart scale.

2. Click ‘Edit Location’:
   Adjust the settings as needed.

3. Add order times:
   Add a series of order days and times. At these times, an email will automatically be sent to the owner of the smart scale with a link to the wholesaler’s webshop, where all items that need to be ordered will be preloaded.
