Ordering on behalf of customers

With this feature, you can easily place orders for your customers directly via the BarTrack App. This saves time, prevents mistakes, and ensures you provide the service your customers expect.

For whom: Account managers and users who place and process orders on behalf of customers

How does it work?

1. Open the BarTrack App
Log in with your own account.

2. Select the customer

  • Go to My customers in the menu at the top left.

  • Select the customer for whom you want to place an order.

  • A yellow bar will appear stating: Ordering as [customer name].

3. Add items to the order

  • Scan the stock labels or search for items manually.

  • Add the required quantities to the shopping cart.

4. Review the order
Check the shopping cart and verify the quantities and items.

5. Place the order

  • Click Order.

  • The order will automatically be sent to the correct wholesaler or supplier, linked to the selected customer.

6. Stop the function
To stop the function, click the yellow bar and then select Stop ordering as.
