Setting up and tracking the status of your orders
Before you can track the status of your orders, you need to make sure your orders are processed through the DICO 3.1 standard. You set this up by going to ‘My wholesalers’ in BarTrack for web and filling in the necessary details. For a detailed explanation, follow the roadmap for setting up DICO 3.1.
Once you have set the DICO 3.1 standard, you can easily view the current status of your orders.
This allows you to see the current status of items ordered:
- Log in to BarTrack:
Go to order.bartrack.com and log in with your account details. - View your orders:
Navigate to ‘My orders’ in the dashboard. Here you will find an overview of all your orders. - View status details:
Click on a specific order to view its details, such as expected delivery time and any changes.
