How to link and set up the weighing cabinet to BarTrack.

Linking the Weighing Cabinet to BarTrack: Start by linking the weighing cabinet to BarTrack. This is a crucial step that can only be performed by a member of the BarTrack support team. Contact the support team to establish this link. This ensures that the weighing cabinet is ready to communicate with the BarTrack system.

Filling the Weighing Cabinet: After successfully linking the weighing cabinet, it is time to fill it with the desired items. Fill the weighing cabinet to the maximum with the items you want to track. Be sure to indicate how many items are in each bin. This information is important for accurate inventory management.
- Entering Numbers: You can now enter the numbers of each item in the weighing cabinet. You can do this yourself or you can ask for help from the BarTrack support team. Entering this data correctly is essential for automatic order placement.
- Automation of Orders: Once everything is set up correctly, the weighing cabinet will automatically place orders as soon as the weight in a tray reaches the set order weight. This means you no longer have to place manual orders and always have sufficient stock.

Clicking on a scale cabinet on the 'My Stock' page displays the contents of that scale cabinet as a list. You can also choose to display the weighing cabinet as a 'shelf plan'. The shelf plan is a digital representation of the physical weighing cabinet and shows all the shelves with the items assigned to them. If an item needs to be ordered because the weight of the tray is too low, the entire field turns red. The colored box at the bottom right of the shelf indicates how many times an item has been ordered in the set period. This allows you to see at a glance what the current stock is, what is on order and what is dead stock and what needs to be ordered.
