Filter the search result

Searching for the right product in BarTrack is made easy and efficient by its extensive filtering capabilities. In this article, we explain how to refine your search results to quickly and accurately find what you need.

Search options and filters

1. Search by name or item number:
   You can search by the name of the product, as well as the manufacturer's item number or the supplier's item number. Enter your search term in the search bar and hit enter.

2. Search within a specific wholesaler:
   If you want to search only at a specific wholesaler, click the filter button on the right side of the search bar. Find the appropriate wholesaler and check the box. Then search for the desired product and click on the purple words "More Results" on the top right. Now you will find only the products of the ticked wholesalers.

3. Search the entire 2BA article file:
   Would you like to search the entire 2BA article file? Then you don't have to edit anything. Just enter your search term and search directly for what you want. Depending on how specific the search term is, a number of search results will appear.

4. Filtering based on ETIM classification with a 2BA subscription:
   After you get the search results, you can further filter them based on the ETIM classification. To the left of the list of search results found, you will see four gray bars: Brand, Series, Type and Classes.

• • Brand: Filter by manufacturer to see products from a specific manufacturer.
  • Series and Type: Within a brand, you can further filter based on the series and type of the item.
  • Classes: Filter by the class of the product. After checking a class, you can further filter by various other factors within this class.
