Ordering replenishments through BarTrack can be done in two ways: automatic ordering and manual ordering with order stickers. Both methods help you keep track of your inventory efficiently.

Automatic ordering
With automatic ordering, you scan the order sticker and indicate how much you are taking. This number is subtracted from your current stock. If the current stock falls below the "Order at" value, BarTrack automatically places that item on your order list.
Manual ordering with order stickers
If automatic ordering is disabled, you can use stickers as order stickers. When you notice stock starting to run out, scan the sticker with the BarTrack app and place the item on the order list.

Place items on the order list:
Use one of the above methods to add items to your order list. -
Submit order:
Press the pink Submit button to complete the order in BarTrack. You will receive an email with a link to the wholesaler's webshop. -
Complete the order in the webshop:
Click on the link in the email to go to the wholesaler's webshop and complete your order there.
