This functionality allows you to create so-called 'order lists'. These can be lists with, for example, 'most ordered items' but they can also be physical places where you have stored the stock (a warehouse or a rack)
1. Create an order list
- Open the app and go to Stock Manager
- Click on 'New order list'
- Give the order list a name of your choice
- Choose 'Save
- Your order list is now created.
2. Adding articles to this order list.
This can be done in two ways:
a. Search for the article by name
- Click on add article
- Type the name or the article number in the search field
- Select the article and click on 'add'.
b. Scan the barcode
- Click on 'add article'
- Choose the symbol with the four squares; the camera will open next
- Scan the barcode of the article
- Select the article and click on 'add'.
3. Add more articles to an order list
- Go to the order list
- Click on the '...' symbol
- Select 'add articles'
- Follow the instructions above
