Barcode printing via the app

Printing barcodes via the app is very simple.

There are two types of codes you can print:

1. Barcodes of articles

2. QR code of an order list

1. Printing the barcodes of articles

• Open the app and choose 'Search'.
• Enter the name or number of the article you are looking for
• Click on the article concerned
• Press the print symbol in the top right-hand corner
• Select the format for printing the barcode: Dymo labels, Avery stickers or print on paper (pdf)
• You will then receive an email with a pdf.

2. Print order list code (QR)

• Open the app and choose Stock manager
• An overview of order lists will now be shown
• If you haven't created a order list yet, see how to do it here
• Select a order list
• Click on the '...' symbol
• Select print order list code
• Select the format for printing the barcode: Dymo labels, Avery stickers or print on paper (pdf)
• You will then receive an email with a pdf.

Do you want to print barcodes of (all) items on an order list?

• Go to the order list
• Click on the '...' icon
• Select print article codes
• Select the articles of which you want to print the barcodes
• Select the format for printing the barcode: Dymo labels, Avery stickers or print on paper (pdf)
• You will then receive an email with a pdf.
