If you haven't received a confirmation email, there may be the following reasons:
- The confirmation email has not been sent. Go to the App and check if the scanned products have actually been ordered. Are there still scanned products in the App? Then these have not yet been ordered. Click here for instructions on how to order them.
- The confirmation email has been sent but to a different email address. Go to settings in the App and check if the correct address has been entered under 'Order mail address'.
- The confirmation email has been sent but is not in your inbox. See if the message did not end up in 'spam'.
