What should I do if the data cable or USB adapter does not work?

You have a three-month warranty on the BarTrack scanner and accessories from the moment of delivery by BarTrack. If the data cable or USB adapter breaks within this period, you can return it and you will receive a new cable within five working days. In that case, please send an e-mail to support@bartrack.com.
