I'm trying to download the software, but it doesn't work. What am I supposed to do?

If your operating system is Windows XP or higher, all downloads will be blocked by default. Therefore, after clicking "click here to download the software", no new screen will open to download and install the software. However, a white information bar will appear at the top of your screen with the text "Downloading files becomes...".

In this case, follow the steps below:

1. Click on this bar and select "File Download". 
2. Accept the message regarding "Unknown Publisher".
3. In the download window, select the option "Run".
4. Follow the steps in the installation wizard.
