If you have installed the BarTrack software and you don't see any data in the fields yet, it is possible that the 64bit drivers have not yet been installed.
The drivers can be downloaded at: https://www.bartrack.nl/software
If, after installing the drivers and rebooting the system, it still does not work correctly, please send an e-mail to support@bartrack.com.
