      Scanning with the Exact App when removing stock

      Make stock removal easy and efficient with the Exact for Construction app and BarTrack!

      With the Exact for Construction app, you can quickly and easily take out stock using QR codes generated by BarTrack.

      Steps to take out stock

      1. Open the Exact for Construction app:
        Launch the Exact for Construction app on your mobile device.

      2. Scan the QR code:
        Open the camera in the Exact for Construction app and scan the QR code generated by BarTrack on the item.

      3. Enter the quantity:
        Enter how much you want to take out of the item.

      4. Stock update in BarTrack:
        The BarTrack system is synchronized with the Exact system, so the current stock will automatically drop.

      Note: If the Exact App indicates it cannot find the item, the two systems will need to be resynchronized in the Exact App. This can be done in the Exact App settings.
