Steps for Printing a Scan List Booklet

1.Go to bartrack.com: Click on ‘Log In’ (top right) and log in with your BarTrack account. Click on ‘My stock’ in the menu.

2.Select the inventory location: When the inventory manager opens, you will see an overview of all locations with articles that you have created. Click on one of the blocks to open it.

3.Select articles for the scan list: You can add any articles that you have added to a location to a scan list. Click on “Print Order Sticker” in the top right corner of the screen. Select the articles you want to include in your scan list booklet.

4.Select the standard printer and then the scan list option: Before you can print the scan list, you need to select a standard printer from the list of available printers. Then press on Format: format_scanlist Dimensions: format_dimensions_scanlist

5.Download the PDF and print the scan list: Press ‘generate pdf’ and wait until the PDF is generated. Once the PDF is available, click ‘download pdf’ to save the file. Then open the downloaded PDF file and check if your printer is properly set for A4 size. Print the document, ensuring that the print quality is high enough for all barcodes to be clear and scannable.
